I'm glad you're here. My name is Adrienne Raptis, and my mission is to awaken in women a desire for true physical and spiritual nourishment and to guide women and their families into lives of wholeness and health. Today's modern woman is so busy trying to be everything to everyone. While technology has created more opportunities than ever before, this has also brought with it unrealistic expectations that can leave a woman frustrated and stressed. I'm here to not only assist you with healthy eating and exercise plans, but also help you restore the WONDER. If you are a woman who is ready to experience the joy that you once felt as a child, if you are tired of being "sick and tired," if you know deep down inside that you were meant for more, or if you just need to refocus and regain your balance, you're in the right place.
As a mom and business owner, I know that feeling of trying to do too much. I put everyone else's needs before my own. Even though I "knew" all the right things to stay healthy, I wasn't doing them because things in my life were out of balance. I had studied nutrition in college, and I also have my Master's Degree in Public Health from Yale University. But just knowing things doesn't mean doing them. The internet is full of information, but what I have learned - and what I can assist you now with is the art of transformation. This is not just about fitting into any stereotypical mold or getting into your skinny jeans. Its about being healthy enough to have energy for your family and helping you to live an incredible, wonder-full life.
Why is healthy eating sometimes so confusing? There are so many fad diets, pills, and quick fixes out there. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the place. I'm here to assist you in long-lasting habit formation and transformation. Also, we humans are all so different... and we all have a unique gut microbiome. What may work for you may not work for me. That is why it is important to have a coach who listens to you and give you a bio-individual approach. I can assist you in finding out what works for your schedule, body type, and food sensitivities. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
